WILLIAM "BILL" CRUDGE Passed away peacefully at home on 19th June 2009 after a short illness. The funeral service will take place at St Marys Parish Church, Saffron Walden on Friday 3rd July at 11.00am, to be followed by a burial at Saffron Walden Cemetery. We will then move on to the Duke of York, High Street, Saffron Walden, to celebrate a life lived to the full and to raise a glass or two in his honour. All of his many friends are welcome at the church, the burial and at the celebration. Bill would prefer that you wear your normal clothes, and be colourful rather than in black. Family flowers only please, Donations may be made payable in his memory to a local project that would have been dear to him -helping young people to play live music. Cheques should be made payable to "Essex County Council (Live Music Project)" and can be sent c/o H Peasgood & Son, Shire Hill, Saffron Walden CB11 3AQ or given to Linda and Michael Cumming or Barnaby French.
