Bangladesh, Italy and South Africa were the destinations that RA Butler Academy children ‘flew’ to last week.
The Reception class took a trip to Stansted’s Education Aerozone where they were joined by Pilot Pete Sharpe who ‘flew’ them to the exotic destinations.
Years 1 and 2 were visited by tarantulas, snake and tree frogs to cap off their learning about jungles.
Emma Johnson, Acting Headteacher, said: “It was a fantastic experience for the children.”
