A free community wellbeing event will be held in Saffron Walden to celebrate International Day of Happiness.
The event, organised by Saffron Walden Town Council in collaboration with Mind in West Essex, will take place at the Garden Room in Jubilee Gardens between 10am and 4pm on Monday, March 20.
Visitors are invited to drop in throughout the day for a selection of activities, which aim to illustrate different ways to boost your mood.
Attendees can also book onto a free interactive workshop '5 ways to wellbeing', which will take place between midday and 3pm.
Places are limited so booking in advance is essential. To book visit https://mentalhealthtraining.org.uk/five-ways-to-wellbeing/.
Other groups including UCAN (Uttlesford Community Action Network), Saffron Walden Library and 1Life will be on hand with information and activities to enhance wellbeing and happiness.
