The first phase of a new 100-home development has been launched in Saffron Walden.
Housebuilders Redrow launched the first six homes on Saturday, June 24, from the nearby Parklands development in Haverhill.
The Mandeville Crescent development aims to be well-situated for transport links, with access to Cambridge, central London and Stansted Airport.
Properties will range from two-bedroom bungalows to three and four-bedroom homes, with the first occupations in spring 2024. Prices will start from £599,995.
Kerry McCoubrey, sales manager at Redrow Eastern, commented: "The launch of our first homes at Mandeville Crescent is a really exciting milestone for both the team and for those looking to move to such a fantastic area of Essex.
