A runner is taking on a charity challenge for the hospice that looked after his gran.
Jack Forster, 25, from Saffron Walden, is taking part in the Great North Run for the third time on September 10.
He is raising money for St Benedict's Hospice in Sunderland, which looked after his grandmother Norma before her death from lung cancer.
Norma frequently visited Saffron Walden with her husband Billy, and was known around the town.

Jack said: "The last few weeks of her life she was under the care of St Benedict's Hospice, who treated her with so much respect, dignity and kindness."
