An annual jumble sale fundraiser raised more than £500 to support people with learning disabilities in Saffron Walden.
Bargain hunters gathered at the United Reform Church for the jumble sale on Saturday, October 7, in aid of Saffron Walden Mencap Society.
Cath Read and Dianne King organised the event to raise funds for the society's regular clubs for members.
These include Dig-It Gardening Club, which meets every Wednesday morning, Side by Side Club, which meets every Wednesday evening, and the Go With Our Flow club for 16 to 25-year-olds, which meets on Friday evenings.
Cath and Dianne said: "We would like to say a huge thank you to all our members, supporters, donators, volunteers and customers who made the event so successful!

"Also, a special thank you to Susie Diggons, Tesco’s Community Champion, for providing the refreshments on the day!"
The sale raised £585.05 for the charity.
