The bin collection schedule in Uttlesford will change over the Christmas and New Year period.
Collections will take place as normal in the week leading up to Christmas, which will be a general waste bin and food caddy collection week.
However there will be no bin collections in the week from December 26 to December 29.
Collections will then resume on from January 2, 2024, which will be for the recycling bin and food caddy.
Extra recycling can be placed at the side of your bin for collection as usual. Items should be placed in white or clear bags or cardboard boxes, as recycling cannot be collected in black bags.
The following week, January 9 to January 12, will be a general waste bin and food waste caddy week.
Extra black bags can be placed at the side of your bin, up to a maximum of four bags, for this week only.
