This is the town's second wellbeing initiative this year, and will feature contributions from participants Nikki Sammons, a wellbeing and relaxation therapist, and Pranic Healing Practitioner, Kevin Sweeney.
Attendees will have the opportunity to listen to and learn from guest speakers, gain insights into wellbeing and relaxation methods, take part in meditation exercises and enjoy a drinks tasting with non-alcoholic options.
A SWTC spokesperson said: "SWTC is delighted to be working with its partners on this event and is also grateful for the support of McCarthy Stone - together with their funding, we are pleased to offer tickets at a subsidised price of £15 per ticket, in a hope that the event is accessible to more of the community."
