An online information and support session will be held for private sector landlords in Uttlesford next month.
Uttlesford District Council's annual landlord forum, in partnership with the National Residential Landlords Association (NRLA), will take place from 6pm to 7pm on Tuesday, May 14.

The forum will include a number of presentations.
Joanne Dron, senior regional representative for the NRLA, will talk through what is changing for landlords and what landlords should keep an eye out for over the next 12 months.
Antony Holdsworth from Antony J. Holdsworth & Co will talk through tax savings hacks for the property investor, and Craig Cardross Grant from Uttlesford Environmental Health will discuss matters pertinent to landlords to improve their knowledge and skills when working with the council.

Officers from Environmental Health will be on hand to offer support, and there will be time for questions and answers after each presentation.
The event is free to attend and open to all landlords within the private sector, including those who may have no more than one or two properties in their portfolio.
