Saffron Walden is gearing up for the triennial Fête de la Musique on Sunday, June 23.
This free celebration, modelled after Paris's famous event, will feature performances across 10 venues, including the Town Hall and Bridge End Gardens.
Starting from midday, the music will range from choral to punk, with acts including the Saffron Building Society Community Choir and Simon Read, along with solo artists, wind bands, folk groups, and a harpist.
Audiences can flit between Moonshine Coyote at Almshouses, Marilyn & The Fine Apes in the Bridge End Gardens, and The Saffron Walden Town Band at the museum grounds, among many more.
The day ends with dancing by the Village Hall Disco Society in the market square at 5.45pm.
