Two new grant schemes are available for community buildings and new play equipment in Uttlesford.
Voluntary groups are invited to apply for the funding from Uttlesford District Council, with grants of up to £10,000 available.
Applications can be made by properly constituted voluntary organisations or similar bodies, and the funds can be used to repair, upgrade or address accessibility issues in community buildings, and to create new or upgrade existing play areas.
Community buildings could be village halls, community centres, church halls or other places of worship.
The grant must be used for capital expenditure only, and projects must be completed by March 10, 2025.
Information about the grants is available on the Uttlesford District Council website at www.uttlesford.gov.uk/community-grants, along with an online application form.
