Audley End Miniature Railway has received £180k of funding for their first mini electric train.
Following the funding from Propel Finance, the new electric model will be installed alongside the existing steam locomotive, which is around 50 years old.

This electric train is the first of its kind in the UK, and has a battery life which powers 100 consecutive journeys around the track.
