A community wellbeing project based in Stansted Mountfitchet has launched new fitness classes in neighbouring towns and villages.
Touchpoint recently received financial support from Active Essex to help widen its remit.
The charity recently launched two new Pilates classes at Pam's Place in Thaxted, and are considering starting a third to keep up with demand.
The classes are held from 10am to midday every Tuesday and cater to all levels of fitness - one is a traditional class and the other is seated in chairs.
Touchpoint has also launched an outdoor exercise programme at The Old Schoolhouse Community Centre in Takeley.
The outdoor classes, which have been successful in Stansted, offer the opportunity to train in a safe, fun, women-only environment.
Classes take place every Thursday at 9.30am to coincide with school drop-off times.
There is also a more relaxed seated exercise class in the same place at 9.15am on the same day.

Project lead Mo Park said: "This is such fantastic news for local residents. We really will have pretty much something for everyone.
"Our classes include yoga, Pilates, chair exercise, chair yoga, chair Pilates, running, therapeutic walking, body weight and bootcamp.
"This unique programme is aimed at removing some of the barriers to participating in exercise by taking the classes to local community venues and making entry free.”
